Toner Shipping Charges:
Unless otherwise stated* there is a standard shipping charge of £6.00 up to 25kg.
Orders over £250.00 are shipped completely FREE OF CHARGE!

Customers do not even need to hold a registered account with PayPal to use their services.
Some people are still not happy about using their credit/debit card over the Internet. If you are one of these people and would prefer to pay via a Direct Bank Transfer, simply place your order by email or phone and we will arrange everything for you.
Please remember that goods are not dispatched until we receive confirmation from our bank that funds have been transferred.
Delivery time:
All orders (payments) received before 2.00pm are normally dispatched the same day.
Media products and larger items are always dispatched the following day -
Smaller orders are sent via Royal Mail Standard Service and are usually received within 48 hours.
Larger orders (Toner, Media products), are collected from us the following day, by DHL and delivered within 24 to 48 hours.

For those of you lucky enough to live part (or all) of the year in Spain, goods can be ordered and delivered here via an office in Alicante www.EuroCartridge.eu
Choice of brand:
We reserve the right to replace a certain product brand by another if stock is low or the item(s) you ordered are out of stock. This rarely happens but if necessary we ALWAYS replace the brand of your choice with another of equivalent or higher specification!
